Parrots have a tendency to create a large amount of mess in and around their cages. Regular cleaning of your bird’s cage, perches and toys is paramount to keeping your bird healthy. Cage papers should be changed on a daily basis. Food and water dishes should be washed thoroughly on a daily basis in hot, soapy water and rinsed well.
